Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The initial room I received was dim, damp, and had a musty smell, which was a huge letdown after a long journey. Although I had to pay for an upgrade to get a better room with a nice view, the all-inclusive dining options were subpar and often unappetizing. Despite some friendly staff, I felt more like an outsider than a valued guest, which tarnished the experience considerably.
